Hire Performance

Hire Performance required a web-based automated background eScreener application. They were looking for a tool that not only showcased their employment screening services to the public but also allows current clients to login and request reference checks, criminal checks, credit checks, and other pre-employment testing tools. The system also required a way in which employees could manage workflow and task assignment.

Our Solution

• The Public Website is clean and informative, showcasing their services and providing a clear way for a client to get started with those services.
• The Client Portal allows Hire Performance's clients to easily access tools to request services and also keep track of their progress.
• The Content Management System gives Hire Performance team members the ability to log in and manage client requests. User permissions of the CMS allow different team members to have management roles making assigning work to different employees simple.
• A New Logo was essential when making this update. We knew it was important to keep the basic look of the old logo for consistency's sake, but our new design is contemporary, bright, and looks clean and professional on their new business cards and brochures we designed!
